Buying a PebblePad Account

Usually the first question people ask after seeing PebblePad is how much does it cost! We would much rather that you thought in terms of what it is worth - and we can point you to many of our customers who have offered to attest to PebblePad's value.

We will work with you to determine the best licensing options for you as the the price depends upon a number of factors including how the system is hosted (on our servers or yours); the number of user accounts you want to buy; whether you are from a commercial or public sector organisation; how long you want to buy PebblePad for and whether you want any bespoke features adding.

To give you a very broad idea our prices range from £14.95 for individual accounts hosted by us to as little as £1.00 per user for our largest customers hosting PebblePad themselves. For large-scale academic use you can expect to pay less than £2 per user for the first 10,000 and a flat, annual £1.00 fee for every licence over 10,000.

We offer a wide range of options in terms of how and where PebblePad is managed including fully managed pilot installations, small trials through to local installations and bespoke versions of PebblePad with custom features.

For our hosted option we provide everything you need including server, supporting software and importantly all your user data is backed up off site everyday.

All our prices include support, upgrades to the latest version of PebblePad and access to support materials for your learners, without any extra cost.
